As your professor, I am here to help you succeed in this course. I will do my best to answer all emails and Slack messages as quickly as I can, generally within one business day. While I may find myself online and answering messages at odd hours or on weekends, do not rely on this. I often will not check my email or the class Slack after 5 PM or on weekends. Plan accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For any questions regarding grades, please email me through your GMU email account. Per university rules and FERPA, I can not and will not send you grades through any other method. If you message me about grades on Slack, I will tell you to send me an email. This is for your privacy and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you would like to meet with me in person outside of class, I encourage you to come to my office hours on Monday from 1 to 2 PM or on Wednesday from 2 to 3 PM. During my office hours, I will be in Horizon Hall 3220, which is on the third floor, past the department kitchen. You will need to badge into the room using your university ID (or, alternatively, knock on the door to get my attention and I will let you in).
